Only HDI Members can make purchases at HDI Store.
To be able to purchase HDI products at HDI Store, you need to register as an HDI member first Click the next to register online. After successful registration, you will receive an ID and password that can be used to enter the HDI Store.

Yes, products purchased at HDI Store can be sent to other addresses. You only need to fill in the shipping address according to where you want to send the product.

    • 12.00 WIB until finished

Transaction cancellation can only be done if the payment has not been processed. Transactions that have been paid cannot be cancelled
If you have not made a payment, you can cancel the transaction and re-transact. However, if you have already made a payment, the transaction cannot be changed and cannot be cancelled
Transactions at HDI Store will be subject to service fees, which are fees charged by third parties for providing various payment methods, to make it easier for Enterprisers to carry out transactions at HDI Store.

  2. Login Mobile Number

Select Product
  1. Go to the 'Catalog' page.
  2. The product prices listed on the catalog page are the prices that apply to all regions.
  3. You can filter products by category by selecting the desired brand in the product category.
  4. To view detailed product information, click on the product image.
  5. To add a product to the shopping cart, click the 'BUY' button.
  6. If you have not logged in as an HDI Member, the system will ask you to log in first.
Complete Shopping Cart Page
  1. After you click the 'Buy' button, a shopping cart pop-up will appear.
  2. Complete the number of products you want, click the 'Add to Cart' button, then click the 'View Cart' button.
  3. If you want to spend the product on downline, enter downline ID in the column provided. Downline spending is only for HDI Enterpriser membership.
  4. After all fields are complete, you can tick the product you want, then click 'Select Recipient Address' to proceed to the next purchasing process.
Checkout
To checkout, follow these steps:
  1. Click the shopping cart icon located at the top right of the website page.
  2. After the shopping cart page opens, click the 'Checkout' button.
  3. On the checkout page, you can:
    • View your order details.
    • If you want to change the order data, click the 'Edit' icon next to the product you want to change.
  4. At the bottom of the page, you can see details of the total bill that must be paid.
Make sure all information is correct before continuing with the payment process.
Payments
To make a payment, follow these steps:
  1. Select a payment method available on the checkout page.
  2. Check all your transaction data again to ensure it is correct.
  3. Click the 'Pay Now' button.
  4. You will be redirected to the payment page according to the method you selected.
  5. Follow the payment instructions on the screen.
  6. After successful payment, we will immediately process your transaction and forward it to the Center.
Make sure you complete the payment within the specified time limit.
Order Status
You can monitor the status of your transactions via the Transaction List page.
  1. To view transaction details, click the 'More' button on the desired transaction.
  2. If you want to print an invoice online, click the 'Print Invoice' button.
Make sure all data is correct before printing the invoice.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can only be made for transactions that have not been paid or have the status 'Waiting for Payment'.
  1. Go to the Transaction List page.
  2. Find the transaction you want to cancel.
  3. Click the 'Cancel Transaction' button to cancel an unpaid order.
Make sure you double check the order status before canceling.
Delivery Status
After the Center provides the delivery receipt number, you can monitor the product delivery status with the following steps:
  1. Go to the Transaction List page.
  2. Click the 'More' button on the order you want to check.
  3. Click the 'Track' button to see the delivery status of your order.
Delivery status information will be displayed according to data from the delivery service provider.
Product Receipt Confirmation
If you have received the product in good condition, confirm receipt of the product with the following steps:
  1. Go to the Transaction List page.
  2. Click the 'More' button on the order you want to confirm.
  3. Click the 'Confirm Product Received' button to complete your order.
Be sure to inspect the product carefully before confirming receipt.
